Senior Director, Sales Leadership

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Sales to lead our New Business Sales and Sales Development Teams in Halifax, reporting into the SVP, Revenue. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and drive sales growth while developing a world-class sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue and pipeline quotas.
- Oversee lead routing process and measure success against SLAs with Marketing.
- Collaborate with our Events and Content teams to deliver a high-quality experience for our leads.
- Develop and execute sequences to drive sales growth.
- Coach and mentor Sales Development Managers and Sales Representatives.
- Run disqualify and lost deal analysis to make modifications to the owned company lists.
- Invest in and develop a world-class Sales Development team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
