The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive impactful talent strategies aligned with company objectives.
Your Role
You will blend strategy with hands-on execution to support building high-performing teams throughout our organization. Your expertise will be invaluable in advising leaders and driving success in performance optimization, employee relations, engagement, talent development, and more.
About You
This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week onsite at our Brampton facility. You will partner with senior leaders to create and execute a talent strategy, influencing senior leadership on overcoming barriers to success, and driving proactive solutions. You will also identify opportunities to optimize organizational design and workforce planning.
- You will support leaders in enhancing team performance through various initiatives, including performance reviews, feedback, coaching, and career development.
- You will play a key role in developing leadership capabilities by guiding them on best practices for talent management, such as organizational design, performance management, and succession planning.
- You will be a vital source of expertise, guiding complex employee relations and talent management challenges. You will drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for impactful change, ensuring that our talent management practices evolve and remain effective.

Our Hiring Process
We conduct a rigorous hiring process, including virtual interviews with a Talent Advisor, the Chief People Officer, and Executive Leadership team members. A final onsite interview and plant tour will also be part of the assessment.

Salary Estimate
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
