We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Skilled Career Consultancy Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring that all employees have a positive and productive work experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures in a fair and impartial manner.
- Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counseling, to support the well-being of our employees.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide staff training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Enforce provincial and territorial laws and regulations.
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant work experience in an HR generalist role.
- Permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of communication.
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
