Job Description

This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week onsite at our cutting-edge facility in Brampton, Ontario. As our new Senior HRBP, you will blend strategy with hands-on execution to support building high-performing teams throughout our organization. You will foster trusting partnerships across the business and drive impactful talent strategies aligned with company objectives. You will leverage your experience to advise leaders and drive success in performance optimization, employee relations, engagement, talent development, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand and address their business goals, creating and executing a talent strategy that influences senior leadership on overcoming barriers to success.
  • Support team performance and development through various initiatives, including performance reviews, feedback, coaching, and career development.
  • Be a source of expertise, guiding complex employee relations and talent management challenges, driving continuous improvement by identifying areas for impactful change.
  • Foster relationships with the Chief People Officer and the broader people team, leveraging cross-functional knowledge to empower and support a high-performing organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, advising functional leaders and aligning people programs with business needs.
  • Deep knowledge of performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and culture.
  • A consulting approach, empowering clients with strategies and tools to meet business goals.
  • Project management skills, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and seeing initiatives through from planning to rollout.
  • Interpersonal skills, navigating conflict, managing stressful situations, mediating, and facilitating discussions at the senior leadership level.

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience.
