About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for advising senior leaders on talent management strategies and driving impactful change within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to create and execute a talent strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Support team performance and development through initiatives such as performance reviews, coaching, and career development
- Identify opportunities to optimize organizational design and workforce planning
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for impactful change and ensuring that talent management practices evolve and remain effective
Requirements
- An estimated salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnership or a related field
- Strong knowledge of performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
