Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
