Meat Department Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Meat Department Manager at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the meat department, ensuring high sales and profitability goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of associates in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising
- Develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments for timely replenishment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; some retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop associates
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
