As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and events.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, and reflecting positively on our company's image.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
