Technical Sales Manager for Lubricants
About the Job:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at TOTAL Deutschland GmbH. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the lubricants industry. They will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships through regular visits and communication
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue them
- Provide technical support to customers, including product training and demonstrations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve common goals
- University degree in commerce, engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the lubricants industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year
