Executive Sales Director

Job Title: Executive Sales Director - Lubricants
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our lubricants sales team at TOTAL Deutschland GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial experience and be able to drive business growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and develop a portfolio of customers and prospects across various industries, including steel, chemicals, energy, automotive, equipment manufacturers, food processing, and more.
- Apply and enforce quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Cultivate existing clientele with a focus on profitability.
- Develop sales and margins through targeted prospecting aligned with the company's commercial policy.
- Create and implement service offerings, such as ANAC (oil in service analysis), training, and auditing.
- Collaborate with key accounts to coordinate and develop lubricant sales in conjunction with other Technical Sales Managers.
- Maintain traceability of commercial relationships using Salesforce tools like SALSA.
- Prepare written technical-commercial proposals for customers when necessary.
- Provide technical support to customers and decide on implementation strategies with the manager and Technical and Training team.
- Participate in dispute resolution and handle contract reviews with customers.
- Contribute to market knowledge by providing relevant information on prices, competition, products, and services.
- Analyze results and contribute to objective development.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Advisor in the Customer Service Department.
- Support the launch of new ranges and the development of innovative commercial offers.
- Help recover outstanding debts.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating day-to-day operations and improving TotalEnergies' positioning.
About the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven commercial experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and ability to work independently.
- Business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Dynamism and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Mastery of MS Office applications.
