Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and developing a portfolio of customers and prospects in various sectors, including steel, chemicals, energy, automotive, equipment manufacturers, food processing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply and enforce QHSE procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Consolidate existing clientele with a focus on profitability.
  • Develop sales and margins through targeted prospecting in line with commercial policy.
  • Develop the service offer: ANAC (oil in service analysis), training, auditing...
  • Coordinate and develop the sale of lubricants with Key Accounts and other RTCs.
  • Ensure traceability of commercial relationships in SALSA: contacts, reports of visits, opportunities, ...
  • Develop written technical-commercial proposals for customers when necessary.
  • Provide technical support to customers and decide on implementation means with the manager and Technical and Training team.
  • Participate in dispute settlements.
  • Handle contract reviews with customers.
  • Contribute to market knowledge by providing useful information: prices, competition, products, services.
  • Analyze results and participate in objective development.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Advisor in the Customer Service Department.
  • Participate in launching new ranges and developing innovative commercial offers.
  • Support debt recovery efforts.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • University degree in commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of proven commercial experience.
  • Organization and rigor skills.
  • Autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamism and interpersonal skills.
  • Team and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Mastery of MS Office.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
