High-Performing Sales Strategist for Lubricant Solutions

Established in 2008, TotalEnergies is a renowned affiliate specializing in the production and distribution of lubricant products across Germany. With an extensive customer portfolio comprising Buying Group, direct sales, and distributors, our company maintains a strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and developing a portfolio of customers and prospects of various sizes, including SMEs and major industrial units in diverse sectors: steel, chemicals, energy, automotive, equipment manufacturers, food processing, etc.
  • Ensuring adherence to QHSE procedures in accordance with the company policy.
  • Consolidating existing clientele while prioritizing profitability.
  • Developing sales and margins through targeted prospecting aligned with the commercial policy defined for TotalEnergies.
  • Enhancing the service offer by introducing ANAC (oil in service analysis), training, auditing, and other services.
  • Cultivating key accounts by coordinating and developing lubricant sales in collaboration with other RTC members.
  • Maintaining accurate traceability of commercial relationships within SALSA (Salesforce tool): contacts, visit reports, opportunities, etc.
  • Creating written technical-commercial proposals as needed.
  • Providing technical support to customers and collaborating with the manager and Technical and Training team to implement effective solutions.
  • Resolving disputes and handling contract reviews with customers.
  • Conducting market research and providing essential information on prices, competition, products, and services.
  • Analyzing results and contributing to the development of objectives.
  • Working closely with the Customer Service Advisor in the Customer Service Department.

The successful candidate will also participate in the launch of new product ranges and contribute to the development of innovative commercial offers.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of proven commercial experience.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Talent for teamwork and entrepreneurship.
  • Analytical mind and proficiency in MS Office.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
