Job Description
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting sales teams. You will guide revenue growth for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to sales teams to drive revenue growth for our products.
- Client Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Discovery Workshops: Lead discovery workshops to determine customer needs and preferences.
- Solution Positioning: Develop and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles.
- Territory Management: Manage your territory to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence.
Benefits
