Job Description

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging Seminars and Conferences: Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and communication with speakers, attendees, and vendors.
  • Minute-Taking and Record-Keeping: Accurately recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures and Scheduling: Establishing and maintaining efficient office procedures, schedules, and routines.
  • Customer Service and Support: Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Data Entry and Filing: Entering data into our systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Secondary School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in an immigration-related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
