Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, provide customer service, and greet people, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Administrative Support: Manage contracts, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field (not required but an asset).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and calendar management.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
