Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient use of resources.
- Communication and Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, provide customer service, and greet people, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Administrative Support: Manage contracts, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field (not required but an asset).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and calendar management.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
