We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive growth in our Mid Market segment. As Director, Mid-Market Sales, you will lead a high-performing team to achieve significant B2B business growth across Canada.
About the Role
You will be responsible for envisioning and implementing a market-leading business plan that supports growth, overachievement of business goals, and financial targets. You will also build a world-class sales team through talent management, coaching, and inspirational leadership.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead a high-performance sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
- Cultivate key alliances with strategic partners and organizations.
- Represent TELUS as a senior leader, upholding the company's values and behaviors.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of successful sales experience in B2B environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams within large complex organizations.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on career development and team nurturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the vision, goals, and strategic imperatives of the business.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
