Job Description: Sales and Business Growth Executive

This dynamic role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to account management. As a Sales and Business Growth Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships at a provincial level.

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential clients in the transportation sector and develop strategies to attract and retain them.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales pitches and marketing campaigns.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new market opportunities.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  5. Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports to update senior management on business development activities and progress.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Sales and Business Development Manager or similar role in the transportation industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
