Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director for Strategic Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales team: You will be responsible for leading and guiding our sales team to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Budget planning: You will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
  • Training and development: You will be responsible for arranging training for staff and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties.
  • Negotiations: You will be responsible for negotiating sales contracts with business clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Languages: English (fluent).
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
