The Director of Business Development role at Brandt Finance presents a chance to drive sales growth and profitability in the Central Region, based out of Mississauga. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing leadership and mentorship, and collaborating with the Vice President of Credit.

Main Objectives
  1. Sales Growth: Foster long-term success for Brandt Finance by meeting or exceeding sales and market share goals.
  2. Strategic Feedback: Offer insights on future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  3. Leadership Support: Assist in managing Brandt Finance, working closely with the Vice President of Credit.
Key Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years in direct equipment finance, preferably in senior management roles. Additional qualifications include strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to travel within Ontario while developing and strengthening internal and external relationships.

A post-secondary degree in business or finance would be considered an asset. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
