Climate Tech Startup Seeks Experienced Marketing Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager to join our team at RWDI Ventures, a rapidly expanding climate tech startup dedicated to transforming climate-risk management for commercial real estate.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional with experience working in a B2B SaaS or climate tech environment. As a senior contributor, you will operate with high autonomy, taking ownership of key marketing initiatives while being supported by a collaborative team.

About the Role

This role involves developing and executing lead generation strategies, including email marketing, content campaigns, webinars, and paid media initiatives, to drive high-quality leads for our sales pipeline. You will also collaborate with the product team to refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials that effectively communicate the value of our solutions in a competitive landscape.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and adjust strategies for optimal performance. Your excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills will enable you to thrive in a dynamic startup environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Strong experience in content creation, with an ability to write and craft messaging that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with business goals, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads for our sales pipeline.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product team to refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event channels.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Lead content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and mission.
  • Event Strategy & Execution: Coordinate and manage industry events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Marketing Analytics: Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking and analyzing key performance metrics.
