Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support for our Montreal office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Reception and Customer Service: Greet guests and visitors, respond to inquiries, and redirect to proper channels as needed.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain supplies for the office and common areas.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure office cleanliness, address sanitation and maintenance issues, and perform other duties as required.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Assist with shipping to and from the Montreal office.
  • Event Support: Support all in-office events, including food orders and daily restocking of the kitchen.
  • Special Projects: Complete special projects and other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: English and French essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling applications using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
