Position Overview: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will engage in a variety of technical administrative tasks, particularly focusing on the management of financial and material resources as well as organizational aspects within the educational institution.
Employment Status: Full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate reports and confirm modifications to student schedules;
- Review out-of-syllabus courses and remove those not entered;
- Adhere to the process for updating teaching evaluations and ensure their accuracy;
- Communicate with students regarding internship permit applications and monitor progress;
- Check for missing student documentation to maintain compliance of physical records;
- Organize and compile student assessment results in accordance with institutional guidelines;
- Upload student assessment results to the teacher's file on the internal platform;
- Validate large-scale course selection proposals for various sessions;
- Execute any other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in Administration or a related field, or a DCS in Office Automation with a relevant specialization, or an equivalent diploma recognized by the appropriate authority;
- Familiarity with the higher education sector;
- Proficient in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills;
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
