Position Overview: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will engage in a variety of technical administrative tasks, particularly focusing on the management of financial and material resources as well as organizational aspects within the educational institution.

Employment Status: Full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports and confirm modifications to student schedules;
  • Review out-of-syllabus courses and remove those not entered;
  • Adhere to the process for updating teaching evaluations and ensure their accuracy;
  • Communicate with students regarding internship permit applications and monitor progress;
  • Check for missing student documentation to maintain compliance of physical records;
  • Organize and compile student assessment results in accordance with institutional guidelines;
  • Upload student assessment results to the teacher's file on the internal platform;
  • Validate large-scale course selection proposals for various sessions;
  • Execute any other related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in Administration or a related field, or a DCS in Office Automation with a relevant specialization, or an equivalent diploma recognized by the appropriate authority;
  • Familiarity with the higher education sector;
  • Proficient in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
