Ajit Transport Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English or French.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail.
