Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction. As an integral part of our team, you will provide comprehensive professional administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including meeting minutes, communications, and scheduling.
  • Manage daily calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing confidential documents and presentations.
  • Track and follow up on requests, paperwork, and correspondence.
  • Manage office services and approve associated invoices.
  • Act as a liaison with various individuals, both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization.
  • Screen, prioritize, and determine actions for incoming inquiries.
  • Support the administration department for training needs and daily tasks.
  • Manage a database of key clients and contacts through CMIC.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience.
  • A College Diploma in Office Administration or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • Keen sense of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
