Administrative Support Specialist

LCI Education is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception tasks and handle administrative duties
- Support the Operations Manager with special projects and tasks
- Provide exceptional service to students and staff
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or postsecondary diploma in administration or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
