Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our service team, ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your daily activities will include taking calls and inquiries, creating P.O.s, entering data in the system, and providing support to the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Create and enter P.O.s in the system
- Coordinate with the service department
- Provide support to the accounting department
- Perform other related administrative tasks
Requirements
- Diploma of Secondary Education
- Bilingualism (French-English)
- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Autonomous by nature
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel)
What We Offer
- 6 week contract
- Hourly salary of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience
- Flexible schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
