Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing calls, participating in the management of various administrative files, updating client databases, and producing or preparing various analyses.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calls and respond to inquiries
- Participate in the management of various administrative files
- Update client databases as needed
- Produce or prepare various analyses

Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- Computer skills including Excel
- Organized, methodical, with a sense of priorities and quick to learn
