Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This includes:

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Provide customer service
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
