As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and overseeing various administrative tasks.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 30-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in administration and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, coordinate office services, assemble data, and oversee administrative tasks.
  • Support Functions: Provide administrative support to management and staff, handle phone calls and emails, and maintain accurate records.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional cleaning services. You will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 months of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
