Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lemont Professional Real Estate Corporation. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing meeting minutes and maintaining records
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and databases
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
