Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at 360 Contracting Inc.

About the Job:

This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. This role also involves performing data entry, overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, monitoring and evaluating office operations, overseeing payroll administration, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently under pressure. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have experience with QuickBooks. A college diploma or equivalent experience is required, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
