Professional Bilingual Sales Representative

The Sales Consultant, Virtual Sales is a key role at Guest Supply Canada, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory. This position requires a unique blend of sales acumen, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Increase sales through account penetration by analyzing current sales and volume, planning sales calls, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain, build, and expand customer relationships via telephone, email, or other electronic means.
- Regularly interact and communicate with internal departments to provide vital information necessary for servicing customers.
- Continuously monitor assigned accounts and take corrective action as needed to maintain overall customer satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with assigned accounts regarding new products and services, company changes, holiday schedules, item changes, and new sales opportunities.
- Bilingual (English/French) proficiency
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a proven record of sales success and history of accomplishments
- Experience in hospitality or supply/distribution sales preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional interactive skills
- Ability to communicate clearly through email and telephone
- Goal-oriented and driven self-starter who can work independently within a team environment
- Familiarization with customer service activities, interdepartmental communications, and general finance concepts required
- Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Internet navigation
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and performance.
