About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional client service.


Responsibilities:



  • Champion a culture of sales excellence that inspires success, where creativity and cross-functional collaboration drive performance.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to execute inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Presents regular sales reports and updates to the management team, offering valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the CGO and RevOps to establish sales goals/targets, implement effective sales methodologies, refine approaches, and drive best practices to optimize performance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to established processes as well as addressing client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles ideally within the financial services industry, particularly in lending, factoring, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, meet revenue targets, and lead high-performance sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related technologies.

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
