Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive top-line growth and expand its presence in the digital and mobile software consultancy market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales organizations.
About the Role
We are looking for a strategically minded sales executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong industry and company growth background, with a proven ability to develop and implement repeatable, scalable sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing, directing and executing the company's sales strategy, driving top line results while building an effective and scalable outside sales, inside sales and lead generation organization.
Performance Deliverables
The position is designed to achieve the following specific deliverables:
- New customer revenue growth
- Total revenue growth of 3
- Number of new enterprise accounts

We are looking for a results-oriented sales executive with a driving management style, proven track record of success selling enterprise level digital IT solutions to a North American audience, and experience establishing and implementing repeatable, scalable sales processes with measurable metrics and KPIs.
