The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Key Accounts Business Development Manager to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing account plans, identifying sales pipeline opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and revenue.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a strong background in enterprise finance, a keen understanding of digital finance solutions, and excellent negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual account plans for assigned enterprise clients, identifying key goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue sales pipeline opportunities, working closely with internal teams to progress and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the Nest Wealth and Customer Success teams to match client needs with our products and services.
  • Become a trusted advisor to C-level executives, providing updates on key initiatives and developments.
  • Negotiate commercial proposals and service contracts, ensuring alignment with internal standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or custody/securities services.
  • Solid understanding of digital finance solutions, front-office, middle office, and back-office platforms.
  • 8-10 years of sales executive experience with enterprise clients or equivalent.
  • Strong negotiation and proposal management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with others, building consensus and driving results.
