Job Summary:

The Client Manager for Key Accounts at Xerox is responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with a defined set of large enterprise customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's business and the ability to proactively engage with clients across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and retention within existing accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to clients on how Xerox services can enhance their business success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop proposals to present to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales and consulting experience in enterprise IT solution sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior-level clients.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
