Position Summary:
The Enterprise Business Development Representative role is an essential sales partner in the
Kindsight enterprise team’s growth. The EBDR is tasked with identifying and qualifying leads within
the current client base, and building connections with key client contacts and decision makers.
The EBDR will be responsible for properly qualifying and managing all the sales leads received
through the various data feeds.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the inbound lead queue in Salesforce to ensure timely and effective follow up

contact and qualification.
- Respond, engage and qualify leads and inquiries from other various sources.
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media,

industry events, and databases.
- Research and populate new accounts and account contacts in the CRM.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential fit for our

products/services.
- Actively prospect for new business to Education, Healthcare and Non-profit organizations
- Understand prospect needs and pain points to effectively communicate how our

solutions can address them.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a

seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on lead quality and prospecting

strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Travel may be required for conferences, events and team meetings
