Business Development Manager for Americas

Leverage your sales and business development expertise to propel LotusFlare's expansion in the Americas.
About the RoleThis key position will focus on identifying opportunities, developing relationships with executives, and driving commercial discussions to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities- Proactively identify and advance high-potential accounts or territories based on probability and value.
- Maintain strategic relationships with executives in telecom, cloud, and system integrator domains across the Americas.
- Provide exceptional value to clients through LotusFlare's software, services, and other assets.
- Analyze prospects' or existing clients' requirements, goals, and challenges to develop targeted sales plans.
- Lead commercial discussions aligned with LotusFlare's business standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales engineering, and commercial teams to drive pursuits.
- Publish reports on BD status to inform internal stakeholders.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
- At least 3 years' experience working for an enterprise software company selling into CSP.
- Demonstrated full-lifecycle sales success with complex technical solutions.
- Creative problem-solving skills to identify innovative sales strategies.
- Data analysis and presentation skills.
- Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with project management and client delivery.
- Familiarity with demos, RFPs, contracts, SOWs, POs, invoices, and commercial sales for enterprise software projects.
