Accor Hotel Job Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Lead Front Office Team Member to join our team.
About the Role:
- As a Lead Front Office Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, leading and training your team, and ensuring that all front office operations run smoothly.
- You will handle guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and positive.
- You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure that service standards are met and exceeded, and that all front office colleagues are properly staffed and scheduled.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset, but not required. What's most important is your passion for delivering exceptional service and your ability to lead and motivate your team.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an advantage, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $62,000 - $67,000 per year, based on previous experience and education.
