We are Canada's year-round outdoor adventure destination and Whistler's largest conference resort hotel. Our property boasts 5 unique dining outlets, a slope-side Health Club, and 519 guestrooms and suites.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest service and maintaining standards for all positions within the Front Office.

We offer a competitive salary of $68,000 - $72,000 per year, based on previous experience and education, as well as a range of benefits including subsidized staff accommodation and access to our Employee Travel Program.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead by example.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating Front Desk, Royal Service, and Security Departments, maximizing rooms revenue through Revenue Management strategies, and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Other duties may include developing and implementing new incentives to motivate employees, monitoring and providing feedback on labour expenses, and supporting the Front Office Manager in yearly strategic planning and budgeting.
