Front Desk Hotel Team Member

Pinnacle International Hotels & Resort Inc. is seeking a skilled Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team. As a Front Desk Hotel Clerk, you will be responsible for registering arriving guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, and taking, canceling, and changing room reservations. You will also provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area. Additionally, you will process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments. You will maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying. You will also answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs. You will provide customer service and work a 40-hour week.
Work SettingThe ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a hotel, motel, or resort setting. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
