About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pay and Benefits Administrator to join our team at BAITRAK BENEFIT ADMINISTRATORS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clerical Duties: Maintain filing systems, perform data entry, and complete documentation for administration of benefits.
  • Employee Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile statistics and reports to support business decisions.
  • Eligibility Determination: Determine eligibility of persons applying for benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and able to work in a team environment.
