About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pay and Benefits Administrator to join our team at BAITRAK BENEFIT ADMINISTRATORS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management

Store, update, and retrieve financial data with accuracy and efficiency.

Clerical Duties

Perform a range of clerical tasks, including maintaining filing systems and ensuring data is up-to-date.

Benefits Administration

Complete and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.

Employee Communication

Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, ensuring they are aware of their entitlements and obligations.

Reporting and Analysis

Compile statistics and reports to provide insights into financial data and benefit trends.

Data Entry

Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Eligibility Determination

Determine the eligibility of individuals applying for benefits, ensuring fairness and consistency.

Computer and Technology Skills
  • Microsoft Office

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.

Personal Qualities
  • Communication

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Organization

Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
