About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pay and Benefits Administrator to join our team at BAITRAK BENEFIT ADMINISTRATORS INC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our benefits administration processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management
    • Store, update, and retrieve financial data with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Clerical Duties
    • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
    • Perform various administrative tasks as required.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Complete and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
    • Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Compile statistics and reports as required.
    • Provide data and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
