Pay and Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pay and Benefits Administrator to join our team at BAITRAK BENEFIT ADMINISTRATORS INC. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our benefits administration processes.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Data Management
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Clerical Duties
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Benefits Administration
- Complete and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
- Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Compile statistics and reports as required.
- Provide data and insights to support business decisions.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
