Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Pace Technical. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to track and manage sales pipeline, including HubSpot and other lead-generating tools.
  • Assist in building and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline to drive continuous immediate and long-term opportunities.
  • Attend company events and industry conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience in a related field.
  • At least five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary between $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
