Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Pace Technical. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
