Job Summary

MGR INFOTECH LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent service.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives to help them improve their performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure that customer needs are met and that the team is working efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, and reliability.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
