About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs as necessary
  • Requisition materials and supplies as required
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other computer systems
