Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Information Service Representative to join our team at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and prepare communications materials to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our services and products
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics to ensure seamless customer support
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Quick Books
